Ingredients
Ashwagandha extract 3.5%, Ashwagandha powder.
Other ingredients (excipients): Potato starch, rice concentrate, rice husk extract, cellulose.
Use
1-2 tablets 2x daily during or after meals. Take tablets with water.
Ashwagandha:
Be careful when using thyroid medications.
Insufficient data are known about use during pregnancy and lactation.
