Mattisson Multi Magnesium powder is a mix of 5 different magnesium forms: Magnesium Citrate, Malate, Taurate, Bisglycinate and Aquamin® Magnesium. This product contains 250 mg elemental magnesium per 2g dose.

Use

Mix 1 teaspoon (2 g) with a glass of water once a day.

When taking more than 250 mg magnesium per day, a laxative effect may occur.
