Mattisson Latte turmeric goldenmilk reishi Ceylon cinnamon organic

Herbal drink based on turmeric is also called golden milk. This blend is enriched with Ceylon cinnamon and medicinal reishi mushrooms and has a delicious spicy taste. Good substitute for coffee or tea.

Ingredients

Turmeric* 50%, Ceylon Cinnamon* 30%, Reishi* 9%, Cumin* 2%, Cloves*  2%, Coriander* 2.%, Ginger* 2%, Nutmeg*  2%, Anise* 0. 5%, Black pepper* 0.5%.

Use

Per cup: dissolve 2 teaspoons (6 grams) of powder and optional teaspoon of (coconut) oil in warm water or (vegetable) milk, add the remaining warm liquid. To make the latte extra creamy, it can also be mixed in a blender. A sweetener can be added as needed, for example honey, coconut syrup or coconut blossom sugar.

Curcuma interacts with a number of medications. 

Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you want to use this product in addition to your medication.

Do not use Curcuma if you suffer from gallstones.
