Magnesium Bisglycinate is an amino acid bound form of magnesium that is easily absorbed by the body. 

This Magnesium Bisglycinate comes from Europe.

Magnesium Bisglycinate contributes to concentration, is good for memory and learning performance and is beneficial for a good mental balance.

Composition per teaspoon (approx. 2 grams):

Magnesium bisglycinate    2000 mg

Ingredients

100% Magnesium bisglycinate powder.

Use

Mix 1 teaspoon with water and take once a day. The product may fizz. 

Do not take directly into the mouth as this may cause a burning sensation.

Magnesium bisglycinate is best taken on an empty stomach.
