Use

Dissolve 10 grams of Collagen AlkaGreens powder (1 large scoop) 1-3 times a day in water, fruit juice or mix with a SuperSmoothie.

Matcha contains caffeine, not suitable for children and pregnant women.

Ashwagandha:

Be careful when using thyroid medications.
