Ingredients
Probiotics (corn maltodextrin (carrier)), 8 billion CFU/g probiotic strains).
May contain milk and lactose.
Use
Dissolve a large teaspoon (approx. 4-8 grams) in a glass of water or fruit juice 1-2 times a day.
Preferably take in the evening before going to sleep. This will give you 4 or 8 billion CFU.
