The Multi Day Woman is formulated with a complete vitamin B complex, which activates the natural energy in the body. In addition, B vitamins offer several other benefits. They are good for concentration, support the immune system and help with fatigue.
The safest form of vitamin B6
Two forms are used in supplements, pyridoxine and P5P. However, research from the University of Maastricht shows that side effects of high doses of B6 can mainly be attributed to pyridoxine. That is why we exclusively choose the safe form P5P in our products. In addition, we only use safe doses. The Multi Day Woman contains 1.5 milligrams of B6. This is far below the maximum acceptable daily dose of 21 milligrams.
Active form B12 and folic acid
We can consume vitamin B12 and folic acid in different forms, but ultimately they are all converted in our body into the same active substances that our body can use. However, these complex processes can differ from person to person. The Multi Day & Night® Woman therefore contains the active forms that no longer need to be converted. This makes them immediately usable for our body.
Iron & vitamin C
Women who are menstruating have a higher iron requirement. Iron supports the normal formation of red blood cells and thus contributes to normal oxygen transport. The Multi Day Woman and the Multi Night Woman both contain a dose of 8 milligrams of iron to meet this need.
We have added vitamin C to promote the absorption of iron. In addition, this strong team supports the energy level, immune system and concentration. With the vitamin C dosage in this multi (100 mg in Day, 80 mg in Night) it is not necessary to supplement separately in most cases.
