The blue agave cactus grows at an altitude of 1,500 meters in Mexico. It takes 6-7 years before the plant is fully grown and can be harvested. Agave inulin organic (200 grams) Inulin is a so-called prebiotic and is used for intestinal problems. It is virtually tasteless and colorless and gives a creamy texture to food.
