Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), also called baking soda, can be used both in the household and for internal and external care.

Known, among other things, for its bacteria-killing effect.

Ingredients

100% Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate).

Use

Internal use: add 2 teaspoons to a glass of water once a day. 

If used as a leavening agent, an acid (e.g. lemon juice) should be added. (1 part equals 3 parts baking powder).

External use: as bath salt about 100 grams in a warm bath. Can be used in combination with coconut oil as a natural deodorant.

Add a tablespoon in the washing machine or as a natural cleaning product.

As a stain remover, leave on for hours and then wash normally.
