Mattisson Birch sugar xylitol

Xylitol, birch sugar is a natural sweetener that is found as a natural sugar alcohol in vegetables, fruit and the bark of, among other things, the birch tree. Mattisson Xylitol is extracted from European birch and has approximately 70% of the sweetening power of regular sugar.
