Psyllium Husk (Plantago ouata) powder*, Inulin (from Agave plant)*.

Use

Preferably take in the morning before a meal.

Adult: Mix 1 level tablespoon (approx. 15 grams) with water, yogurt or fruit juice once or twice a day.

Children aged 6-12 years: Mix 1 level tablespoon (approx. 15 grams) per day with water, yoghurt or fruit juice.

There should be a period of 2 hours between the use of medication and the use of fiber. 

Drink the solution immediately because Psyllium absorbs a lot of moisture quickly. 

We advise you to drink enough during the day (1.5 - 2 liters). If in doubt, consult your doctor.
