Mattisson Nutritional yeast flakes vitamin B12 + zinc
Nutritional yeast flakes, inactive yeast, are made using molasses and have a nut-cheese like taste and contain B vitamins.
Extra organically bound vitamin B12 and zinc have been added before fermentation. Nutritional yeast is deactivated yeast and can also be used in a yeast-free diet.

Use
Heat nutritional yeast flakes as little as possible. Gives a savory flavor to pasta, grilled vegetables and salads, also as a substitute for cheese. Also delicious in muesli, smoothie or juices.
