Use

The ‘mother’ or the ferment may form strings, lumps or sediment in the drink, this is common. Shake well before use. Use about a tablespoon as a shot, mix it with a drink or use it as a dressing.

Do not store in direct (sun)light. Can be stored in the refrigerator for approximately 2 months after opening.
