Use

Take 1 level tablespoon (5 grams) per day with a meal or as directed by your therapist or doctor.

Dissolve in water (approx. 200 ml) or another liquid and leave for a while so that the fibers dissolve completely.

The fibers can also be dissolved in yogurt, smoothies or hot foods. 

We advise you to drink plenty of water during the day (1.5 - 2 liters). If in doubt, consult your doctor.
