Ingredients

BCAA 2:1:1 (L-Leucine Instant (with sunflower lecithin) - Fermentation, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine).

Use

Mix 1 large teaspoon (approx. 3.5 g) with water or fruit juice once a day. Stir well to prevent lumps from forming.

Preferably take after intensive training or before going to sleep.
