Vitamin C Buffered is a non-acidic combination of Calcium and Magnesium Ascorbate.

Vitamin C also ensures good resistance and contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal functioning of the cartilage, bones and skin. 

Magnesium and Calcium support energy levels and are good for the muscles.
