Maca (Lepidium meyenii) is a root vegetable that grows at high altitudes, 3000 and 4500 meters above sea level, in the Peruvian Andes. Black Maca is the rarest. Red Maca has the most active substances. Yellow Maca is the most famous. Maca is the only edible plant that survives at this altitude and is also called the Ginseng of the Andes.

Use
Mix 1-2 level teaspoons (approx. 3 g) of Absolute Maca Powder 1-3 times a day in muesli, yoghurt and/or fruit drinks.
