Ingredients

Magnesium tricitrate, Calcium diphosphate, Potassium chloride, citric acid (acidity regulator), malic acid (acidity regulator), Celtic sea salt, natural flavouring, steviol glycosides of stevia (sweetener), beta carotene (natural colourant), Zinc bisglycinate.

Use

Dissolve 1/2 teaspoon (5 g) in 250 ml cold water, juice or shake. During intensive exercise the dosage can be increased to 1 teaspoon (10 g) in 500 ml.

Magnesium can have a laxative effect. In that case, the dosage can be halved.
