Algae oil is a 100% vegetable Omega-3 supplement (DHA 150 mg & EPA 75 mg) and is made from sustainably farmed algae. This makes it a sustainable and vegan replacement for omega-3 supplements from fish oil.

Ingredients

Algae oil Omega-3 (Schizochytrium sp. algae oil), High Oleic sunflower oil, rosemary extract, tocopherol (antioxidant), ascorbyl palmitate (antioxidant), vegetarian capsule (modified corn starch, glycerol, carrageenan, anhydrous sodium carbonate).

Use

Take 1-2 capsules per day with water, preferably with a meal.
