Mattisson MCT oil coconut blend 60% caprylic acid

MCT stands for Medium-Chain Triglyceride and is a type of fatty acid. Medium-Chain means that the fatty acids have a medium chain. MCT oil provides energy quickly and is not stored as fat. That is why it is also used by athletes as a supplement.

Use

MCT oil has a neutral taste and can be used both cold and hot to replace other oils and fats.

When cooking, baking and roasting, heat MCT oil to a maximum of 177 degrees Celsius. Any sediment is normal.
