Mattisson Organic Thai chicken bone broth

Bone Broth, or Bone Broth, is obtained by slowly cooking the meaty bones of animals for an extended period of time (30 to as long as 72 hours). The nutrients from the bones are drawn into the cooking liquid, creating a nourishing broth with proteins (collagen). This ready-to-use drinking broth is extracted from the chicken carcass. Various herbs such as lemongrass, chili pepper, thyme and bay leaf have been added to the broth.

May contain crustaceans, fish, milk and sulphites.

Use

The stock can be used as a nutritious base for soups, sauces, gravies or as a tasty drinking stock and is completely free of flavor enhancers or preservatives. Add the broth to your dish to taste.

Save

Store cool and dark. After opening, it can be stored for 3 days in the refrigerator (max. 7°C).
