Discover the natural power of Organic Chicory Fibers, a fiber-rich powder extracted from the root of the chicory plant (Cichorium intybus). This special chicory root – related to endive – naturally contains a high concentration of inulin, a prebiotic fiber that naturally supports intestinal flora and contributes to good digestion.

These fibers come from organic chicory from Belgium and consist of no less than 85% vegetable fibers, of which approximately 70% inulin and 9% pectin – both valuable polysaccharides that help feed beneficial intestinal bacteria such as bifidobacteria.

Usage tips

Recommended dosage: 1 heaped teaspoon (approx. 5 g) per day with a meal. Dissolve well in water, yoghurt or smoothie.
