Mattisson Organic miso bone broth
Miso shiitake stock is made from miso, a Japanese seasoning consisting of a fermented mixture of soy beans, koji (a fungus) and shiitake. Shiitake is an edible mushroom that is commonly eaten in East Asian countries and is highly valued for its delicious umami taste and unique nutritional profile. The nutrients from the mushrooms, miso and other added herbs are fully released after a cooking process ranging from 30 to no less than 72 hours.

Use
The stock can be used as a nutritious base for soups, sauces, gravies or as a tasty drinking stock and is completely free of flavor enhancers or preservatives. Add the broth to your dish to taste.
Save
Store cool and dark. After opening, it can be stored for 3 days in the refrigerator (max. 7°C).
