Mattisson Ghee clarified butter organic
Ghee is prepared according to the traditional Indian method of heating butter until all moisture has evaporated. This ghee is made from real Dutch butter. Ghee can be heated to a very high temperature without releasing harmful substances. It has a combustion point of 250°C and is therefore extremely suitable for baking. Ghee is widely used in Indian Ayurveda cuisine, especially for frying and roasting. In contrast to the traditional ghee from India, Mattisson Ghee is wonderfully neutral with a mild taste. Ghee improves digestion: good substances are better absorbed, waste products are properly removed. Ghee is packed with essential fatty acids omega-3 and omega-9 and contains vitamins A, D, E and K.
