Organic MCT Oil is made from 100% organic Coconut Oil and therefore consists of 99% Caprylic Acid/C8. MCT stands for Medium-Chain Triglyceride and is a type of fatty acid. Medium-Chain means that the fatty acids have a medium chain. MCT Oil provides energy quickly and is not stored as fat. That is why it is also used by athletes as a supplement.

Use

MCT Oil has a neutral taste and can be used both cold and hot to replace other oils and fats.
