Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.

This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2000 mg (2 grams) ALA.

Composition per daily dose of 1 capsule:

Linseed oil 1000 mg

of which ALA 450 mg

of which oleic acid 110 mg

Vitamin E 6.7 mg 58% RI*

* % RI: Reference intake of an average adult (8400 kJ/2000 kcal).

Use

Take 1 capsule 1-3 times a day during or after a meal with water.
