Dried Chicory root is rich in fiber and consists of 85% prebiotic, natural plant fibers.
Some of these fibers are polysaccharides, namely inulin (fructan) and pectin. This product contains approximately 70% inulin and 9% pectin.

Use
Add 1-3 tablespoons per day to yogurt, muesli, salad, soup or sauce. Start with 1 tablespoon per day (5 g) for two weeks to get your intestines used to it, then increase to 2 tablespoons, possibly to 3 tablespoons per day.
Not suitable for children and people with swallowing problems.
